Who’s who in the Kitchens?

Of course the owners Bentley and Sharon are found regularly in the kitchens, preparing their time tested recipes or overseeing the preparations for the day.
Corey Smith can be seen concocting tasty recipes and sauces for one or seven hundred fifty plus (as the record guest count now stands). Originally here as the Head Chef for Patty & John’s, Corey joined the Wolfs team to continue in his role as food connoisseur and banquet planner.

Jack Himes came with the Wolfs from Bentley’s Family Restaurant in Littlestown. He brings over 24 years of experience and labor! His expertise is needed for the task of cooking for hundreds of guests!

Sherry Diem joined the barn team coming from the Dutch Country Restaurant family. Her skill and care in preparing delicious home-made desserts in the Wolf’s Den Family Pub continually brings guests back for more!

Matt Cashman, as a general manager with vast knowledge from years in various restaurants, helps in the kitchen as needed. Matt brings his skill and versatility to the Barn.

With five banquet rooms and two restaurants, the Wolf’s wisely added a third kitchen. With three kitchens in the building you can be sure that Ben, Sharon, Matt, Corey, Jack and Sherry are cooking up something good!
