Menus

If in reviewing the menus, you do not see your favorite items, we would be pleased to customize a menu for your approval. To maintain quality control over the food being served, we ask that all food will be prepared by our kitchen and staff. Buffet menu options are reserved for parties 40 guests and more. Final menu counts are due no later than 2 weeks prior to the event date. No food may be brought onto the premises with the exception of chocolate fountains (attendant must be present), cakes by outside vendors, or other pre-approved items. No food may be taken from the premises at the conclusion of your function.

Attendance

In order to facilitate preparations and to ensure that everyone attending your event fully enjoys their visit, the guaranteed number attending the event (final count) must be confirmed fourteen (14) days prior to the event. This guaranteed number may not be reduced after confirmation is given. Additions may be made with the understanding that the food preparation is based on the final count, and there may not be an adequate amount of food depending on the number of additional guests. Reductions will not be refunded and additions will be charged. If a guarantee is not received, the original estimated attendance will be prepared and billed.

Room Arrangements

Private and Banquet rooms are reserved for guests for three to four hours depending on room reservation. If additional time is needed or requested, there is an additional charge. A room / date is not reserved unless a deposit is given and contract signed. The Mosebrook Room is reserved for 110 - 250 guests. The Solarium Room is reserved for up to 125 guests. The Sun Porch is reserved for a maximum of 40 guests. The Conference Room is reserved for a maximum of 30 guests. The Executive Room is reserved for a maximum of 18 guests. In addition a room fee will be billed for $500 for the Mosebrook, $300 for the Solarium, $200 for the Sun Porch, and $100 for the Conference Room or the Executive Room. Please specify your requirements for table layout as well as other furnishings such as a podium or microphone. We will gladly provide assistance in planning your room layout. Private rooms are reserved on the basis of anticipated attendance and times required. Bentley's at the Barn reserves the right to change room accommodations to best suit your requirements.

Security

Bentley's at the Barn cannot assume any responsibility for loss or damage to any guest's clothing or possessions. All personal property brought to the restaurant or banquet facility will be at the sole risk of the engager and the restaurant will not assume any responsibility for property theft on the premises.

Terms

Bentley's at the Barn requires full payment 10 days prior to the event with final charges of $2000.00 or greater; otherwise payment is due at the conclusion of your function. If payment isn't rendered at the end of the event, a 10% late fee will be assessed and a credit / payment agreement must be signed before leaving.

Pricing

Our current banquet prices are listed on the enclosed menus. Although we make every effort to hold these prices, this is not always possible. Price quotes are subject to availability due to market changes, and can only be guaranteed up to 60 days prior to the event date. All menu prices are subject to an 18% service charge and applicable Pennsylvania sales tax. Tax exempt organizations that want to have state sales tax waived must furnish an authorized original tax exemption form prior to their banquet. All cakes are subject to a $1.50 per person cake cutting fee.

Deposits and Final Payments

Deposits are due upon the signing of the contract - Solarium $300 and Mosebrook $500 - refundable two (2) weeks after the event minus any charges incurred. Final payment of the event is due ten (10) days prior to the event and is based on the final count. A credit card number is required for authorization purposes even if you pay by check.
